The founder, Yaameen Goodson, created this program to help motivate and inspire business mindsets and spirits, and motivation to young men and women, demonstrating that no matter their background or race they can rise above any obstacles with God, integrity, determination, and strong work ethics to become next generation of entrepreneurs. He, himself, came from a disadvantaged background and through being mentored and learning the concept of doing direct sales for several years, he learned the importance of developing and having communication skills, business mindset and spirit, being professional, self-discipline, and integrity. Mr. Goodson says, “It’s because of the great young men and women that I’ve encountered who have the attitudes of entrepreneur spirits and doing direct sales that gave me the vision, confidence, motivation, and inspiration to beat the odds and obstacles that life throws to become a successful entrepreneur.”

Cotton for Change
Change requires an excellence to succeed, build and grow.
Cotton for Change is a mentoring program under Priceless Sales (PLS) that teaches the importance of communication skills, social skills and improving self-confidence. In many communities, the young people really do not get to meet and speak to positive role models, such as entrepreneurs, brokers, marketers, and sales analysts. So, by using direct sales training, mentoring, and promoting business mindsets, they have the chance to meet successful men and women that they would otherwise not have had the opportunity to meet and personally speak with.
